What is your course cancellation/refund policy?
- No refunds or credit will be given for no-shows.
- No refunds will be given to cancellations within 14 days of the course. Students can request to reschedule a course date if their request to withdraw from the course is provided with 72 hours advanced notice.
- Any requests for refund with at least 14 days notice before the course will be subject to a 25% administration fee.
- Students who are disruptive or exhibit inappropriate behaviour will be removed from class and no refund or credit will be issued.
- All open courses are held based on the enrolment of at least 6 registered participants. If a class is cancelled, students will be given the option of receiving a full refund, or transferring to the next available date.
